Thanks, Don. I already have Parallels, which lets my Mac speak Windows. Things get lost in the translation, though. Maybe it will be better with the new PDM, which can plug into a USB port directly.
I just pre-ordered my new PDM, and got the same news. Price will be $149.99 until September 15th.
This is exciting! Of course, I had to preorder a new PDM. Personally, I think $149.99 for a new PDM is great for those of us who have had an Omnipod for awhile, especially when the replacement cost of the old PDM was $300.
Also, just as FYI: When I placed my preoder, I asked about the copilot software. The Insulet rep stated that on or after June 1st, a link for a free download of copilot will be available from Insulet’s web site. Good stuff.
You should be able to get it now using the serial # on the extra freestyle meter that you received with your omnipod just go here COPILOT and enter in your info and serial and get a head start the software insulet will give away will have like a bridge piece of software to import stuff into Copilot Thanks RenZ
