Yes, my deltec cozmo pump malfunctioned. I was just hanging out outside and it started making a strange noise that sounded like an Italian cop car and the screen went blank. Pump company said turn it off then back on and it should be fine. It wasnt. It did the same thing. So now I have to wait til Wednesday to get a new one. Until then Im going to be put on Lantus. Oh joy.
So whats going on with yall??

Same thing happened to me about a year ago (that was my only pump failure in 4 years though).
