I have an UltraLink meter that I received with my MM 723 pump and CareLink. The meter works perfectly with uploading the BG readings to my pump and consequently to the CareLink software.
What I am trying to do is also dowload the readings from the UltraLink to the OneTouch software. I recently purchased the cable and have downloaded the drivers. I cannot get the One Touch Software to download the meter data. It doesn’t recognize the meter.
Has anyone been successful in doing this or does the One Touch Software not work with this meter.
