Recently, I plugged my receiver in to charge, and guess what? It doesn’t! Has anyone else had a receiver that doesn’t charge, and if so, what do I do? Thanks for the help in advance!
Perhaps try the “reset” button on the rear of the receiver. On the back of the receiver you will see a small hole to the left of the numbers 6340 in the Dexcom company address. Stick a pencil or other point in that hole and that should reset the receiver. See if that works.
