Hey Joshua, I too have dipped to 27…a total mess, but didn’t even see it coming! And I don’t shoot up!!!

Wow! I wonder if we were at the same hospital!! I had the same thing happen to me… I was 3 months pregnant with my son & was in the hospital to gain control over my lows when the nurse did not bring me my snack until two hours after scheduled time for it and my heart had stopped because my bs was 0 at that point. Amazingly, my son’s heart did not stop & that to this day remains a mystery! I was in acoma for a week from this…it was awful.
My highest was when I was 11 yrs. old & went into DKA at a 854. yuckie :frowning:

Oh my goodness Megan…I hope they fired that nurse!

Highest = 340

Lowest = 36

no, those numbers were my averages. so, my average for that 1 day (Feb 4th) was 88. my average for the past 14 days was 105. lol.

no, my highs and lows are broader than that.

I actually just had my highest high since diagnosis. diagnosis was 511, but since then, i haven’t really been over 200. however, i went to Red Robbins (my Calorie King doesn’t have Red Robbins)… and my bg that night was 264 or something like that.

I realize that I am kinda late to enter in this discussion, as is seems to have started in july of last year, but since i just joined, i hopw to be forgiven. My high was too high for my meter to measure. So I assume in excess of 600, since i have seen it measure 550+. My low has been in the low 30’s, but at the time i wasnt really paying much attention. I rolled over and grabbed a banana that i had next to the bed and ate it.

I’ve been testing since 1957 when we did it with pills and then paper test strips. However, in 2003 I created a Microsoft Works Spreadsheet. Since that time I have recorded every BG. I was even able to tell what my A1Cs would be because I kept a running average. Now that I’m on the pump, I let CareLink do all the work. I just went back through each years spreadsheet and found a high of 440 and a low of 22.

Highest: 512
Lowest: 43

Does anyone know around where you would become unconscious?
