Hi, I have been using a temp basal for a few hours. It seems to beep, just 1 beep, every hour or so. Is this normal? Can I turn this beep off?
I am using this as a way to “test” a new basal rate before actually changing it. Sort of a nice idea.

I think we’re stuck with the Temp Basal beep but it is a normal PDM function. It’s to make sure that you know you’re doing something different so if you’ve set it and your plans change again you have a reminder to fix your basal again. It’s a bit annoying but I know I’ve suspended my basal (for downloads or basal program changes) and forgotten to resume it and been glad that my PDM beeped at me so I try not to complain when it’s beeping and I don’t particularly need it to!

I noticed this today, too! I turned off my basal while I went to the gym. And, every 30 minutes, or so, there was a single beep.
