Good luck with the knee replacement. I know some younger folk who have had it done and they continue to play organized sports. Hope it works as well for you.

I ran the Terry Fox run today in Kamloops BC and had a blast! Last weekend I ran the Mt. Robson half marathon. Definatly the most beautiful race I have ever participated in.

Well, like they say…if you have one auto-immune disease then at least one more is sure to follow. They are all Bad for sure.
Nice to hear that your Neuropathy is Better. I had both numbness and then also pain when I was supposed to be sleeping. Odd not during afternoon naps though or walking. It was just in the first stage maybe that is why. I have no pain now and all the numbness is gone thankfully. Yes, that is a Good reason to worry. Blisters can turn into a serious problem for any PWD and especially for hikers, walkers, runners, etc., as you know.
