Thanks all for your Support... :)

This is my second, in range, A1C… and I think I would have never done it without your support.

I am happy to say that my blood pressure was 120/76, my heart beat was a little high cus I had just run around a bit, from the next door building... so it was 83. It's normally in the 60s and 70s. lol There was NO protein in my urine, and my microalbumin test came out perfect, on the low end of normal. My A1C was 5.5%. Didn't go up, or down, from last time... I've had two 5.5%'s in a row. :) Ya always wish it was lower, but this is pretty darn good as it is. My Thyroid (thank God) has normalized... And my weight is at about the same as last (kind of at a plateau a bit). :) But we keep going. Thanks all for your support! :)

that is WONDERFUL!!!

im so happy for you

Good for you! Keep up the great work. I’m on my Gosh-its-a-hot-summer plateau. (heat always has me trippin) It will pass, be patient with yourself. 5.5 is awesome (x2).

Awesome. Keep up the good work!

Congratulations, Lizmari! And as for support, you certainly help out lots of people on here as well! Your posts are always thoughtful and insightful.

Congrats, a wonderful comeback.

Good Going!

5.5 is very good Liz. That is in normal person range. My weight loss kinda stopped too. I am at 105 lbs - I think my body likes that weight but I am doing muscle building exercises so that might have something to do with it stablizing. Your body knows what to do sometimes and we don’t give it enough credit. I have a long way to go rebuilding strength (and why is it so hard to get rid of the tummy fat? I swear it has hardly budged - even with the 25 lbs I lost! grr)

Congrats! I am very proud of you!

You rock! Congrats on all your hard work with just exercise & diet!

Wonderful to hear all your Good results. Way to be. Congrats!

Good for you Lizmari. This is going to be a kind of pivotal time for you. You’ve made such transformational progress, now it is about life. We always talk about it being a marathon and not a sprint. In the long term, perhaps the hardest thing is just keeping up with things over the long-term when you don’t see that progress. Just remember to always look back and realize that what you have done has brought you so far.

You are so right about that… thanks for the encouragement.

Congrats Lizmari. Keep it up and thanks for being an inspiration!

5.5…You da (wo)man!!!

Congrats on your great numbers!
