I haven't been on here in forever! I've been so busy with school starting back up. So here's an update:
Went to neurologist, got blood work done and everything came back normal..so good news: I don't have to see him anymore Bad news: my hand still goes numb and tingling and theres nothing they can do about it... (sigh)
Got my A1C done this month..it went from 6.9 three months ago to 7.5 now...I'm not thrilled about it..but since it went up I should be able to get medicaid to pay for my symlin. :)
I'm happy with the symlin that I've been taking for about a month almost now? I haven't had any side effects and it seems to be working... although my numbers are still high I think it's because my insulin needs to be upped since they had to lower it when I started the symlin.
Anyways I've been thinking lately...that I can now say that I totally forget about my pump now :) It only took 7 months of me having it to come to this point...but it's nice :)
