What are your sources for uni-solve?

i tried to find uni-solve (to help with the removal of my pod) in my local pharmacies this evening, but i had no luck. any suggestions?

I’ve never seen it retail, but you can find it at any online diabetic supply dealer. You might try Fifty50 Pharmacy, Edgepark Medical, Health Warehouse, etc.

There is a product mentioned in the omnipod group in tips and tricks, called De-Solvit. It’s a household adhesive remover and it works great, but here in the South I could not find it anywhere. I had to order it from the web. If you can find this product where you live I think you’ll like it.

Good Luck

When I get my pump supplies I get a bottle of detachol from them along with everything else. CCS Medical where I get my supplies told me that I have basically a super script that my insurance will cover anything related to the insulin pump including batteries and adhesive remover.

I just pass a cotton with baby oil on top of the tape around the Omnipod. It takes a few minutes, but it makes the peel off really easy an almost pain free.
