One thing that usually happens when I talk with other diabetics is we talk and compare how we live, and I find new things, new products or learn something - so I wonder what this community loves.
One of my favourite things is dark chocolate - 70% - it doesn't mess with my sugars much if I eat one of the small bars, otherwise I just eat one row of the big bars.
Another favourite is the fruit bars. I get the big ones as the small thin ones just aren't enough some times. I use these for lows, they travel well and it doesn't matter if they get squashed at the bottom of my purse - it's just pressed fruit anyway.
