I can add my good experience with the several US Med recommendations listed above. They supply my Dexcom sensors and transmitters. Every 90 days they send an email that I reply to. They then ship me 9 sensors and 1 transmitter with no further effort on my part. It happens like clock-work.
I am covered by Medicare and a supplemental policy. I understand that people on private commercial insurance policies report similar experience with US Med. Good luck with getting a trustworthy supplier.
I have been using USMed for many years. At first, they were very difficult to work with and then, suddenly, they changed into a an excellent supplier. They have remained excellent and responsive ever since. Well Done, USM!

I live in MA also. I mentioned above that I have had very good experience with Edwards Health Care for DME, myehcs.com. They are based in Ohio but have several offices across the country, including one in MA. I don’t see the wisdom of a new Englander counting on a shipment from USMed in Florida hurricane zone, plus I find some of the USMed ads kind of offensive.
I live in MA and use CCS medical they are fantastic and proactive and I always get my supplies through UPS/Surepost with them on time. I have been with them for a few years now and the very best of all I have used over the decades. I depend on reliable deliveries as I live pretty far from any pharmacies and travel globally so reliability is key for me.
Thank you so much for your suggestion. I really appreciate it. I’m starting to wonder about whether Type 1 diabetics should start some sort of exchange for these situations. I’m sure someone is doing it.
I have also switched my Dexcom supplies over to Costco. I get my 3 months and I get a text from them letting me know when my refill is due! And of course it is super easy for me as I am there 5 days a week!
Yes, I do! 14 years and counting. Hoping to retire with them, if they will keep me for another 10 years!? Hoping to make it until I hit the big 70! Hoping for social security, 401k and union pension will keep me afloat!
i second. if you’re on medicare like me i have been w wellstart for 3+ years and never had a single problem. they bill monthly but always ship 90 days. they check in with you every 30 days even if you just got an order but i guess that’s because medicare makes them. i dont understand why so many of these companies have trouble sending a box of medical supplies
