Sadly this pandemic has put a dent in many of our plans for large (and even small) T1D gatherings, conferences, camps, and retreats. Just in a time that we could all use some extra support, especially being at a higher-risk, as things are opening up it’s easy to feel a bit “left behind” and isolated. Right now is the time for us to connect with our community, have some fun, and learn from each other, because together we are stronger. Whether you are a caregiver for a child, a sibling, spouse, friend or personally living with Type 1 Diabetes, Remix Conference is for you. This conference was put together by people with T1D and their close family members for adults and kids of all ages with T1D and their support people! Don’t miss it!

Hi, Maya! I just signed up for the conference. Good to see ConnecT1D make the jump to the virtual conference.
To all here at TuD: ConnecT1D is a great organization. I had the pleasure to attend one of their in-person conferences a few years ago. These are genuine people engaged in diabetes issues and just want to help. It’s definitely a grass-roots group motivated by all the right reasons!
Their registration fee ($40) is a suggested one and they understand the financial hardship many face during these times. You may attend without any payment. Click the link and investigate! I always learn something significant from attending meetings like this.
I’m so happy to hear that you will be there, even if it’s only your “virtual self”
Thank you for your kind words. ConnecT1D is the real deal!
I’m going too. Never done anything like this before. So exciting!!!
I’m super excited for the kickoff on Friday!
I hope to see some of you there. I find that with the stress of Covid, major wildfires, and this being an election year, I just need this extra support of my T1D community and also some fun and distractions couldn’t hurt.
