I need to find a Medicare (regular not advantage) supplier for Tandem TSlim pump supplies. Tandem gave me the names of Byram Healthcare, CCS Medical, and Adapthealth. Have you had experience with these companies? Positive? Are there others you would recommend?
I also need a Dexcom Medicare supplier. I use US Med now but have received conflicting info as to whether they accept regular Medicare. Any recommendations for Dexcom supplies? Thanks!!
I use Adapt’s Solera pharmacy side for Omnipods and the other side for sensors and transmitters. They have an app that lets you know when you can order and shows shipping info etc. Used to work perfectly and still mostly works, but they put an insurance card, actually two, that had wrong info on them. One isn’t my account at all. Ive sent a thousand cpies of my real cards and they won’t fix it. And then a resolution person told me my secondary insurance was effective 3/25. No it was effective 3/23. So….
I’ve used Byram since I started Medicare Advantage. I get both Tandem and Dexcom supplies from them. I’ve been very happy with them. My last order, they only sent me three Dexcom sensors instead of nine, but I believe this is because of shortages from Dexcom. I’ve since received the other six sensors from Byram.
I use CC Medical for both Tandem and Dexcom supplies. I am happy with their service

I use US Med for my Dexcom supplies as well. I am on standard Medicare with supplement policy (Plan G) and US Med has been my supplier for several years. They ship me a 90-day supply 4 times per year and my insurance coverage is at 100% once the Part B annual deductible is satisfied.
I don’t know if they supply Tandem TSlim. I use Medtronic pump supplies and get my Medicare supplies directly from Medtronic. Good luck.

I use ADS for my Dexcom supplies. I have original Medicare and a supplemental. They text me when it’s time to ship to get my approval to ship. They’ve never been late. It’s been very easy.
I have used Edwards for DME mail order, Dexcom supplies for years. They have never screwed up! Before that I tried Edgepark and Solara, who both were tough to deal with. Best thing about Edwards, they have knowledgeable helpful people answering the phones.
